Who we are

Alert Global Tech is the US arm of Alert Informática. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it. Questions or requests go to sales@alertglobaltech.com.

What we collect

When you fill in a form we collect the details you give us: your email address and, if you provide them, your name, company, role, what you need, your preferred language and your message.

We also record which form you used, the page you were on and an anonymous analytics identifier, so we can understand how visitors find us.

How we use it

To reply to your request and prepare quotes, to send the Sorted tips newsletter if you subscribed, and to improve this website. We do not sell your data.

Our sales team is notified of new requests and may add them to our customer management system. We may look up publicly available business information about your company to prepare a relevant reply.

Analytics and cookies

We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. Without your consent, PostHog measures visits anonymously without setting cookies. If you accept cookies, PostHog also stores an identifier in your browser and may record your session to help us fix problems. Anything typed into form fields is hidden in recordings.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Service providers

We use these providers to run the site and handle requests: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), PostHog (analytics), Microsoft (email and customer management), Apollo.io (business information), and Cloudflare (spam protection). They process data on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email or by writing to sales@alertglobaltech.com.
